[nagdu] guide dog school problem

Is the college's policy to keep students from screwing around? I ask because
people do have life events happen that the school just has to deal with. 
I'd at least go talk to someone in charge and have a conversation.

Well, there's nothing you can do about your college's policy, so the best
you can do is to see whether the guide dog schools can speed up your
application process and get you into a class sooner. If not, you might have
to wait until winter break or summer to get your dog.
