[nagdu] NAGDU list rules 05-14

I'm not sure exactly what the tone of the below email was supposed to be,
nor am I the moderator; however, before making such presumptions, especially
if you think that you might not have all of the information, you might want
to ask more about what's really going on. Even if you don't find that the
emails on the NFB Members list are of interest to you, you might at least
consider reading the subject line or quickly skimming through the message so
that you don't find yourself left in the dark about stuff (no pun intended).
And, finally, regardless of any changes to the lists, the rule about people
writing their names might be new, but it should have been there all along
because some people don't actually have their names displayed in the email
headers.

			Nope, I hadn't read the messages, from my
perspective the change happened, decreed by the NFB gods. Since Dave is one
of the NFB gods I figured he could just unchanged it. Sorry about that.

	Don't shoot  the messenger. If you've been reading the messages on
this list and on the main NFB Members list, it was not something about which
Dave had a choice.

		Sounds like this is a problem for Dave to solve. He changed
the list, he can change it back if it's posing a problem.

Attached is a document of the NAGDU list rules. These have the same rules
for many years now. The one rule I have included is the rule for names and
signatures at the end of your list posts. As you all know NFBnet email
management program, now does not show the email or the name of who the email
is from. we should always know who we are speaking to. Further this prevents
members from taking a private discussion offlist. I urge everyone to do
this, especially if you want to speak with list members off list.
