[nagdu] How to remove a Tick

Dogs can become quite ill if the hea of the tick is left in their
skin. I would recommend doing this only if you really are sure you
know what you're doing. Otherwise, either use a method like Jody's or
wait for the next set of eyeballs or skilled fingertips. :)
