I got a very nice harness from Bridgeport equipment at bridgeportequipment.com. The harness is$49 and the handle is$19. They come in tan brown black and burgundy  they are leather with sheepskin padding and they are nicely made

I also got a nylon webbing service dog harness from Lier berg.com and added a handle that I got from Bridgeport equipment
