[nagdu] Recommendations for harnesses

Define “very long”. The Seeing Eye standard handle is 18 inches. The one from Hilason, for instance, is 15 inches. You might add a bit more with the snaps, but I don’t know. I think the one from K9USA is about 18 inches, maybe a bit less, but I don’t recall for certain.
