[nagdu] Barking at coworker?

Hello Darrell

The people that your dog is barking at our probably staring at your dog. Dogs consider a stair to be a challenge and it is a sign of dominance in the dogs mind. Your dog probably feels threatened and uncomfortable and that is why the dog is barking. The irony is that many people who stare add dogs are doing so because they are afraid of the dog  it is a vicious circle because the stairs cause barking which causes the person to be more afraid.
