Hi Marion and Merry,
That is a great article in the November Braille Monitor on their project to
develop an policies, practices and procedures for desensitizing wild exhibit
animals to service animals and to train staff members in direct service to
these animals to protect the safety of the wild animals and minimize
distress or harm to either the dogs or wild animals.  I applaud your
continued work with the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) in this
endeavor so that all disabled can enjoy zoos is the choose to go with their
service animals.
