Let me observe that there are better lists for non guide dog related topics.
For example the NFB-Talk list is good.  Also, it would be worth contacting
Carl Jacobsen, president of the New York affiliate to get help concerning
any New York issue.

All, albert, although I am sure that there are people on this list who would
be completely happy to help you with your testing. But as marion has stated
this list is for guide dog discussion. Further, because I was at work all
day, marion beat me to the punch. Now I as the moderator have warned you
about off topic messages in the past. Please follow the rules! 
To others who have responded to this thread, your posts are also off topic.
For those who want to respond to this thread, don't! 
Let the topic end here. If you do not for whatever reason understand this,
email me off list.
