[nagdu] Multiple applications and waiting lists

Hi Tracy, I was in the July class.  I was initially told that 
there was no dog for me in that class.  Then during the NFB 
convention, I was called and told there was a dog for me.  I had 
put my application in in February.  I could have gone sooner as 
it turns out, but for reasons I don't want to go into here I had 
requested a summer class.  My application had been in since 
February.  Apparently someone canceled for the July class, and I 
was able to go and get Neena.  So my possible place in the August 
class would have been available for someone.  I'm wondering if 
TSE has changed how they decide on who will be in which class.  
It used to be that you'd get your class date sometimes a couple 
months ahead of time.  Now it seems that if they don't think they 
have a match for you you don't get into that class.  Interesting.
