This is Dar,
Last May I had a heart attack, wasn't able to go to the national convention.
I am wondering, are there folks who have had a heart attack, how are 
you bouncing back?
I also either need to use a gentle leader or the canny collar, request 
of the school.
This way my boy can't pull me over.

We also have to watch our speed of walking.
Getting better with exercise, where if you go to fast for quite some 
time, it does make a difference.
