I downloaded the ap yesterday and looked through it a bit. It is super easy
to use. There is a lot of info there.
I think it will be especially useful when I travel to other states. I don't
know other state's laws. It's always in the back of my mind. What are my
rights, exactly, if something should come up when I'm away from home?
Also it was good to review the Nebraska laws. I haven't read them through
in a few years. Not sure if I missed it before or if my memory is going,
but I noticed a provision in NE law for criminal penalties for people who
fraudulently represent themselves as blind by using a white cane or guide
dog. I wish it had included misrepresentation of other types of
disabilities as well, but it's a good start. Perhaps this could be a route
to take to help stop the fraudulent use of untrained pets as faux service
dogs.
And now I will see if I can figure out how to rate the ap in the ap store.
Julie
