[nagdu] Guide dogs and electric wheelchairs

GDF, Seeing Eye, and Southeastern all have trained for electric wheelchairs, but to my knowledge, they’ll only do so for people who have already had a dog. GDF may be an exception here. Another option may be Paws With a Cause.
