[nagdu] Guide dogs and electric wheelchairs

She got her dog at The Seeing Eye, but when it became necessary for her to have a dog and a wheelchair working together, Southeastern worked with her, but I think there was a Seeing Eye instructor along to learn how they do their training. That would make her their first candidate I guess, but the bulk of that particular training was at Southeastern.
