[nagdu] Guide dogs and electric wheelchairs

Hi, I thought it was kind of a joint venture between the two 
schools, Southeastern doing the bulk of the wheelchair stuff, but 
if I remember correctly, the dog was from Seeing Eye.  I could be 
wrong though.  I know that Seeing Eye has done a little bit of 
that work, because I remember hearing about it back when I was in 
ACB and was part of GDUI, when they came to a GDUI meeting.
