If you can get one, the basket muzzle might work better than a 
leather one.  They are actually pretty lightweight, made of 
plastic, have holes in them which allow the dog to breathe, and 
they can't put their mouth around stuff.  So if a dog can't be 
trained to go on leash, like an older dog for instance, might not 
be able to make that switch, the basket muzzle would help.  I 
think people who poison dogs ought to be flogged publicly, JMO.  
That's why I'm only semisweet.    Debby
