[nagdu] Length of harness handle?

When the harness handle is laying on my dogs back, it reaches an inch
or so before his hind legs. When I'm holding it at an angle while
walking, it comes near the beginning of the identation of his waste.
Hope that makes sense. My harness has an offset handle, not sure if
that makes a difference. I have noticed that dogs are able to pull
more on longer leashes so it makes sense that the same could be true
for harness handles.
