[nagdu] new half check collar question

Most half-check collars have two rings: the one ring that you hook your leash to (the ring that tightens the chain) and a second one, also called a dead ring.  Many use this second ring for tie-downs, etc.

Is that the ring you've got? Or is there a third ring?
