Hi Abby, I'm so sorry to hear this.  How old is Jada? Not that 
age is necessarily a factor when determining whether to retire a 
dog.  Is it possible that someone from your school could come and 
work with you to improve things? I sure know what it's like if 
they say no, that there's nothing to do to change how she is 
working.  It's a heartbreaker and that's a fact.    Hugs,
