Hello, Raven and all listers. Thank you for the lint roller info. I am
definitely going to purchase a set.

And, everyone, thank you for the shampoo suggestions. I am going to surf
the net for a self-washing station for her in my area.

Elise,
The three-piece set of reusable lent rollers is called the Shticky.
You don't have to worry about removing a used layer of sticky paper,
you just rinse it off under cold water and let it air dry. All three
pieces come with a cover, so there's no worry about them sticking to
other things. Here's the link on Amazon
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007L53XC4/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I personally do all of my dog's grooming from bathing, to nail
trimming, to hair trimming.
I don't bathe my dog very frequently, probably twice a year at most.
I use an nontoxic liquid castile soap made by Dr. Bronner's. I have
soaps scented lavender, tea tree, and orange, and I use them for
everything, including washing my dog. This soap is very versatile; you
can use it for everything except the washer machine and dishwasher.
You can find it on Amazon or at your local health store.
Whenever I give my dog a bath, I also finish out with an apple cider
vinegar rinse.
You can bathe your dog at home, or find a grooming facility with a
self-washing station. For the self-washing station, you pay a very low
price to use a tub, dryer, and smock. You can bring your own soap and
grooming tools, or use the soap and tools the facility provides.
I have done both, and greatly appreciate the self-washing station
because I don't have to worry about cleaning up all the hair in the
tub and on the floor after bathing, blow drying, and grooming.
It typically costs somewhere around $10, and I've heard of some places
offering this service for free to service dog handlers. Haven't found
a place like that though.
