Hi Rox,

The NAGDU meetings are usually on the first and third days of the
convention.  So, this year that would be the evenings of July 5th and July
7th I believe.  We usually split the business meeting in half, so part of it
is on one day, and the other part is the second day.  Not sure what the
agenda is for this year, but the meetings will both last from 7:00 to 10:00.

I hope that was helpful!  It would be great to meet you in person!  I hope
you get everything worked out and can come.
