[nagdu] ear cleaning

Hi, Pam!
I still have the ear cleaning solution the vet gave me while Jenny has been going through her allergy symptoms.  Jenn actually doesn't mind getting her ears cleaned... can you include an ear massage or treats before ear-cleaning?  Could that help Callie with it?

To clean the ear, I pour the solution in, flip her ear flap closed, then massage the base of the ear for about 30 seconds.  Then I let her shake her ead, then go in for any loosened goop.  I have used mostly light gauze or Kleenex wrapped around my finger to get the gunk out of her ears.
