[nagdu] ear cleaning

I use 1/4 tsp of unrefined coconut oil to clean my dog's ears once or
twice a month. I put the coconut oil in his ear, then massage the base
of the ear for ten seconds or so. The Golden Guy likes it a lot
because he always gets to eat some coconut oil afterward.
