Who exactly are you responding to with your below message?  You don't ever 
include the original message, so I never know what you are referring to, 
specifically, in your responses. Every topic thread branches out into a 
variety of sub topics and that's great.  I'm all about good discussion, but 
it would be helpful to know what statements you are responding to.

But IT's A DOG!!! If you don't want to pay the fee, then you
should just use a cane.  It's A DOG!!! And guess what? Service
dogs have been known to bite people, and other things.  It isn't
a fee for a service dog, it's a fee for the DOG, period.  D o g.
