Which school is your dog from?

Has anyone ever told someone their dogs name is Juno?

i would say that this is the most common question that i get asked about my dog. and, i never give it out.
my school agrees with me.
people want your dog’s name so that they can talk to him and distract him. i tel folks that it is a working name and that i use it when giving my dog commands.

I'll let you all know the appropriate information in September.

But, I am not sure I really like the policies that some schools have about withholding a new dog's name. I think that the decision of when and even if you do want to share your dog's name with others should be up to the handler, not the school.
