[nagdu] Guiding Eyes for the Blind

No no no. Guiding Eyes is still Guiding Eyes. Guide Dogs of America was formerly, like a *LONG* time ago, International Guiding Eyes, a whole different program from Guiding Eyes for the Blind of Yorktown Heights.
