[nagdu] process of getting a guide dog from leader dog

Hi John,
Rox has a good point.  If you can define the route you would take to the 
bus stop and explain where the bus could take you and what potentially 
you could do at one of those stops.  I do not see how Leader Dogs should 
not count that as a third route.
