Hi Cindy, it sure is possible that Fisher is ready to retire.  
It's also possible that he isn't getting enough work, and has 
sort  of decided that he likes not working better then working.  
But maybe if you started consistently working him again every day 
and doing obedience, he might get better.  But I'm not an 
instructor, so I don't know.  I'm guessing that they (the school) 
will need to send someone out to observe.  It's a tough decision, 
and I'm praying.    Debby and Nova P.S.  Would you be able to 
keep Fisher once you retire him?    Debby
