[NAGDU] Advice?

I volunteer for a mentoring organization, where I go eat lunch with a middle
school student once a week. I also volunteer in a drug/alcohol prevention
community group. My guides attend meetings with me, go to training events
and whatever else is going on.

I'm trying to think of a community group or volunteer gig where it wouldn't
be okay to take your dog...I'm not coming up with much. Maybe visiting
people in the hospital, but even that would have possibilities. Maybe wild
bear rescue? *smile* Seriously I think 99.9% of things you would want to do
as a volunteer or community group thing will be just fine for your dog.

Subject: [NAGDU] Advice?

Good morning, I am beginning to think of retirement from my teaching career.
I know that many of you engage in a variety of interesting service
activities. I would be interested in knowing what kinds of activities you
have engaged in and or before retirement that you have found rewarding and
that you have been able to engage in effectively with your got dogs. Any
suggestions will be much appreciated. Happy new year
Regards,

Bob Martin
