Matthew,
Terrific idea!
I have pasted a link to the Service Dogs Act of Alberta, along with the actual text below. While I have not applied for a provincial card, I have never been asked for one and never been denied service:

http://humanservices.alberta.ca/disability-services/service-dogs.html

Purpose

The Service Dogs Act complements the Blind Persons’ Rights Act by providing Albertans with disabilities who use qualified service dogs the right of access
to public places. Individuals with disabilities who are accompanied by qualified service dogs must be allowed access to any location where the general
public is allowed.

Violations

The Service Dogs Act includes fines for violations, which range from $300 for falsely using a service dog to $3,000 for discriminating against a service
dog team.

Service Dog Qualifications

To be a qualified service dog under the Service Dogs Act, the dog must be trained through an Assistance Dogs International (ADI) accredited school. All
accredited schools are listed on the ADI website. If you are speaking with a school or trainer about having a dog trained for you, please verify their
accreditation status on the ADI website prior to commencing training, or inquire at the number below if you need assistance with determining ADI status.

Government of Alberta identification cards are available to users of qualified service dogs. The identification cards have an Alberta government logo and
a picture of the individual and service dog. The card verifies the individual and the service dog are qualified for the purposes of the Service Dogs Act
and have the right to access public places.

Subject: [nagdu] Canadian Laws

Hi all.
I am going to compile a list of all the provincial and territorial laws for Canadian service dog users, and then pass it along. Perhaps then we can get the NAGDU app in our store.
I am also going to ask the GDUC (Guide Dog Users of Canada) if they can assist with this list.
Thanks.
God bless. :)
