[nagdu] Guide dog seminars or camps

The only thing I know of that is even remotely close is the Accelerated Mobility program that Leader Dogs offers. And it is more for mobility training, in fact, that is the entire point of it. They do give you a chance to work a dog, but not for very long and it definitely is not the focus of the two week program
