My first thought. Some of the wording does seem to come from the publicity from CCI and the articles their campaign has spawned. Good grief!
So since state law cannot trump fed law, this isn't enforceable, but how many people will have to fight to prove that and have their rights trampled in the meantime? Along with those people who don't fight when their rights are trampled.
This is just appalling.
