Hi there! Maybe those hand driers remind her of being bathed and 
them using those hair driers to be dried off after baths? I 
haven't had a dog yet who has liked those things.  Things like 
that don't worry me too much, I just try to be reassuring and get 
out of there as quickly and carefully as I can.  Some things 
you're never going to get your dog to like, and toleration is 
about all you can hope for.  JMHO.    Peace,    Debby and Neena
