[nagdu] issue with guide dog eating snow that is fresh

John,

Your dog's going to try and test you since you're a new young handler.

If she's supposed to be relieving, then, yes, give her a leash correction if 
she eats the snow.

If your dog's allowed to eat snow, you're telling your dog it's ok to try 
and eat things off the ground.
