[nagdu] Dogs on lifts

I have always been concerned my dog's toes or feet would get caught in the
lift.  One time they made me put the dog on the lift.  They made me ride the
lift too.  That was almost 20 years ago now but I remember it very clearly.

Personally, I wouldn't. Because the leads don't give you as much control as
does a short leash.
