You mean they told you the dog could not ride on the lift? They may have the same concerns I expressed earlier. Many people in wheelchairs use service dogs. How do they get them on the bus?

Hi Debby,
I am glad you have seen a guide dog on the lift to a para transit bus.
Under the ADA it s a reasonable accommodation and I was surprised to hear the bus company tell me it was there policy .
