[nagdu] Offset or ergonomic handle

Hi Jennifer,

I have used both an offset and a regular. Well, an offset handle is
crooked like the top and bottom halves don't match up If you have a
problem crowding your dog they wil issue one. At least that's usually
how it  is at TSE. I didn't notice a difference because I worked first
dog with a regular harness, but I'm sure Eden was glad not being
stepped on. Julie explained it well
