				Hi Gerarado. 
You will need to ask yourself if you are willing to either leave your dog at
home or remain outside not participating in events that are taking place
with your friends and family. I personally would mind, a dog wouldn't be
worth having to remain outside while my family was enjoying a nice dinner.
You may feel differently. 
You also may want to see what can be done to grant you and your dog access
and then decide if you are willing to do that. 
Do you know other dog users in Mexico? Talk with them and listen to what
they say. Then decide if you want to live with what they say. 
Realize too, that you can always change your mind. 
I'd be curious to know what you find out and what you decide.
