I aggree! I've talked to a few folks who went to convention and they didn't
even know why we wanted it! As an aside, I've been told to vot for someone
or something before! Won't buy it now, and didn't then! I feel if we want to
put the thing through next year, we have to sell it harder!

You are probably right to some extent. However, many within NAGDU agreed
with it; many other dog handlers did, too. My state president polled one
person, a dog handler, and he said she should vote against it. She did.

Hi.

My opinion is that the responsibility for this resolution failing rests
largely on us, NAGDU.  I think we simply have not done an adequate job of
informing the general membership of this issue.

I'm certainly not blaming anyone, just giving my opinion on what happened.
I think most of us were taken aback by the result, and it has been a great
learning experience for this division.
