[nagdu] NAC acreditation list

Over the years, NAC has done many things that are not in the best 
interest of blind people.  They are primarily sighted people watching 
out for themselves, at our expense.  Why do you think we have been so 
opposed to them over the years -- this goes back to the 1960's.
