Whoever thought that getting exempted from the ADA would lead to 
stuff like this? I thought it was mainly because there were old 
churches that were historical monuments, and they were concerned 
about the cost, and the destruction of these historical buildings 
for ramps, etc.  I think this pastor ought to be ashamed of 
himself.  I think perhaps he has a fear of dogs, because perhaps 
he was bitten as a kid.  I'm just making an assumption here, 
don't know it for fact.  He os nothing about the training that 
dogs go through to become guides, and it doesn't sound like he
