Well, for me, it depends on where I go and how long I'm going to be there.
It also depends on my dog.  When I went anywhere with my golden, I always
took a stuffed animal because she loved them and neve chewed them up.

I'm curious what toys people bring along when they take a trip, other than a
bone.  My last 2 dogs didn't really care, and a bone was plenty.  Krokus
likes to race about with a toy, especially when he's had a hard day, so I'm
thinking of bringing a bone and maybe a Kong or rope.  Really, he loves to
run with a squeaky, but I don't think I'll bring one.  "Take this, neighbor
with screaming baby!"  Well, maybe not.
