[nagdu] Uber denies ride to blind man's service dog

Apparently Uber is giving them that out if they will wait with the person. I
think that is a crock I do.

I don't see either allergy or religion as an exemption. If a driver signs up
whether it be a taxi or Uber then they sign up and should not be permitted
to deny a ride to me or any of  you.

The ADA states that allergies and fear of dogs are generally not reasons to
deny access to someone with a service animal.
