[nagdu] Denied service and NAGDU app

I think it is a great idea to include the guide dog laws in Spanish on the nag do app and perhaps Manderin and other Chinese languages to I think most denial of access problems do happen at restaurants and stores owned by new immigrants that don't know the laws.
