[nagdu] Denied service and NAGDU app

Hi,

You would think so, but such is not the case to get proper translations. If we are going to do translations, and we desire to do so, then they will be done right. There are reasons for this which I will not go into now, but the job will be done.

I would think that there aare multi language members of this list and of the NFB who  would be happy to assist in translating the ADA law pertaining to guide dogs for the NAGDU app.  I don't think it is necessary to translate every state law in different languages.  I think it would be a great grass roots project not needing grants etc.
