Good morning,
I have been on a vacation in Kansas City Missouri and have had two instances
with uber where I was denied access because of my guide. The first one was
very interesting because the driver who was named Edward, let me actually
get in the cab with the dog and sit down. He then told me he couldn't take
me and the dog because he does not have to. I was actually leaving the
hospital on my way home because one of our friends got injured so I really
did not make a big deal about it. I did report it to uber and a guy called
me for a statement. The second one with the driver named yusef on a
different day, I texted to say I have a service dog. He advised that he
can't take dogs in his car because he's allergic and he will have to cancel.
I totally do not believe that is true but that is besides the point. Is
there anyone that I can possibly talk tovabout this matter?
