[nagdu] Yeast infections, switching food, etc.

Hi, guys!
Been doing a bit of research, and I think Jenny might have a yeast infection either on top of or because of her seasonal allergies. When she's sleeping she releases a rather pungent odor not unlike old corn chips, and she is INTENSELY itchy. I'm not convinced she's allergic to the food itself, since rain/snow/wetter weather makes her much less itchy, but she is still itchy... I have her started on Omega 3 supplements (like, today), so it's too early to tell if that's helping yet. Her current food is grain-free, but I was wondering if anyone uses limited-ingredient diets? I'm not in a position to feed exclusively raw at this point, but am open to suggestions.
She's been on Petcurean Go! Fit+free, and has done well on it since I switched her over in July. We're running low on her current bag and were going to make a run to the store on Monday.
So do you think I should keep her on her current food and see if the Omega 3s fix the problem? Or switch food now?

Thoughts?
