Good for you, Daryl.  Your boss sounds like a good guy, or should 
I say, your former boss.  I'm so sorry that you had to go through 
that.  Even when you know that something is going to happen, it's 
not fun.  I take it this was a total surprise to you all.  So 
very, very sorry.  Here's hoping that something good comes for
