[nagdu] NAGDU's Official Position on miniature Horses

Thank you Marion for sending this.  This makes NAGDU's views on 
horse guides very clear.  Although we as individuals may choose 
not to use a miniature horse, we should respect the use by 
others.  I am sorry if I wrote anything that appeared 
disrespectful.  I still have my doubts (for myself at least), but 
as I said earlier, I will defend Ann's right to use Panda 
whenever and wherever she chooses.    Debby and Nova
