[nagdu] Frontier airlines and guide dogs

Hi,
I am planning to fly to Portland, Oregon in September and am considering trying out Frontier Airlines. Their fares seem to be very reasonable, but I do remember reading an article in the newspaper saying that they didn't have the best customer service. So, I am wondering if any guide dog users have tried them out and what your experiences were? Any thoughts and opinions would be appreciated. Thanks so much!
