I have flown with Frontier several times with my dog and never had access issues. This was several years ago. I haven’t found that any particular airline is more or less accommodating, it just depends on the individual employees you get.

Their fares seem to be very reasonable, but I do remember reading an article in the newspaper saying that they didn't have the best customer service. So, I am wondering if any guide dog users have tried them out and what your experiences were? Any thoughts and opinions would be appreciated. Thanks so much!
